I feel like crawling in to a hole

I love my sons but being a mom of twins is overwhelming and doing it by myself is exhausting. no one will give me a break, they feel like its tmth and I understand I just wish people would realize its a lot for me too. Even Rob is afraid to be left with them.

I know it won’t always be like this but I seriously don’t know how much I can take.

My god I haven't broken down in to tears like this in quite a while.
