[Karasu's found himself a tree to perch in for the moment, a large, blackened tree, surrounded by a small following of the younger crows that have taken to following him since his arrival. He's got the communicator in his lap, one long leg drawn up. One hand is up, holding a youngling crow, the other hand gently stroking its feathers. Violet eyes lower, studying the communicator, and despite that he wears a mask over the lower portion of his face, some might almost imagine the grim smile he's sporting.]
It's been...some time now. I feel I've been...moderately patient. And while I find this preferable to death, I would infinitely prefer to be back home.
[There is a growing sharpness to his words, despite that he seems in no hurry to come to the point. Therein perhaps lies the danger, though. The young crow squawks and long white fingers gingerly stroke the crown of the bird's head to calm it. His eyes lift, looking somewhere offscreen.]
It really isn't a good idea to try and cage someone, don't you think...? Everything here is so picturesque. And yet always do I feel as if I'm being watched...The danger here is more subtle, more of a game!
[He chuckles coldly. There is a bitterness to his tone, laced with something else. Thoughts weigh heavy on his mind, but he continues on, talking as much for himself as for others to hear.]
Ah well. It never really matters, for long...
[A pause.]

[His voice is darker now, almost purring, edged in the unwillingness to be ignored, daring Sheik to ignore him, and suffer the consequences should he choose to..]
