Foonage
So I know I updated a couple of days ago but I feel enough time has elapsed and enough has happened for me to update again. Let's see here...
Wednesday I went to the beach with Mer, Paul, and Katy. The day began at Mer's house where we got our stuff together. We were ready to go with goldfish, inner tubes, and an iceless cooler in hand. After getting the safety talk, we headed out. The drive down was fun. Whenever the four of us are together we always have a good time. So we arrived safely at Manhattan beach and played in the water for a little while. Then all but Paul applied sunblock and laid out. Paul wanted to get burned, and burned is what he got. Mer poured some sunblock on his back though when he was least expecting it. He thought a bird crapped on him. Silly Paul. After laying out for a while, Paul, Mer, and I got back in the water and pretended we were action heroes, diving for a tennis ball that we'd throw a foot in front of a breaking wave. So much fun. After we left the beach we went to McDonald's for a nutritious meal. The highlight of this little adventure was the 4 of us sitting in the car eating our little ice cream sundaes. Many a topic were discussed, including the syncopation of words, such as a spoon and a fork being a spork (or as we preferred, a foon). After this good time we went back to Meredith's house, watched movies, and ate mac and cheese. Katy left and Paul re-arrived. Mer and I had an amazing time sexually harassing Paul while he was on and off the phone. While on the phone, "Look at him on that phone. So sexy. Sexy man, sexy man." Mer attempted at a seduction with a watermelon piece, but was unsuccessful. We also told him if he didnt get off the phone his little friend would have a nice meeting with the big knife we were cutting watermelon with. Hahah good times guys. So that wrapped up Wednesday...
I thought that yesterday was just going to be one of those "blah" days where you're free but no one else you know is. But thankfully, it wasnt. Nick rescued me from my boredom. We had an amazing time with Scoot and Rachel, going to eat and just watching TV. I always have a good time with these guys. But alas, the clock struck 11 and I had to be home.
Tonight's going to be another fun night because Nick, probably Scoot and Rachel, and I are going to go to Wal-Mart to get Nick tight little boy's pants. Then we're off to Amoeba to pick up some CDs. It's going to be another fun night.
Sunday I get to see Robert again! I'm so excited. Yay. I don't know what we're doing or what time we're getting together, but just knowing that I get to see him makes me happy. :)
