Listening to
Digital Planet on a late drive home last night, I heard about 'social network overload' and I realized I absolutely suffer from this fake disease. The "symptoms" are all things I've been complaining about for months -- low attention span, poor short-term memory, etc. At this point I'll try anything, so I have hidden the Facebook app on my phone and vowed to check my news feed no more than twice daily.
I'm telling you this as a preemptive apology in case my LJ becomes a big status update. And, also, so you can save yourself before it's too late.
