I've got a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment for rent ASAP. Large bedroom = about 12' x 12', smaller room is maybe 9 x 12 (?), both have rather large closets. Lots of storage space, and a roomy kitchen.
Rent is $900/mo. for 2 renters OR $1050 for 3 (if 2 people want to share the larger room). Water and Trash is included, parking is free, and there are laundry facilities right below the apartment.
Located right off of Santa Rosa/Highway 1, and it's a 5 min walk to Cal Poly (about 1 block from campus) and 7 min drive to Cuesta College.
Quiet neighborhood, friendly neighbors, beautiful view of Bishop's Peak from the balcony.
The landlord and manager are SUPER nice.
Call Barbara (the landlord) at 805-543-4799 and tell her this is in regards to 577 Couper Drive #5.
haha basically, i can't move into the house i've already signed the lease for until i find someone to move into the apartment... unless i want to to pay 2 rents, which i don't. help?
