Firo was confused by the sudden amount of children on the island.
Speak of the devil... There was another one just leaving his room.

He dashed over to the little boy, trying to keep from gawking at his strange hair and garb he bent over a bit to be on eye-level with the boy, " 'ey, kiddo. Whattay doin'?"

[mongreldog]

Akihiro turned around and blinked at the strange man in the hat. What a weird accent. Is that what Americans sound like?

"Exploring. I don't know where I am so I'm going to find out."

[hat_and_dagger]

The boy's initial silence worried Firo and he tried to smile kindly to put the boy at ease. "Oh, I can tell ya where ya are." The little boy seemed oddly subdued for a kid and awakened a sort of paternal instinct in Firo. He didn't want him getting in trouble.

"You're on Isola di Sorte, it's an island dat's... Well, we're stuck here. Ya gotta stay in dis place 'til da problem wid ya home is fixed, okay?"

"What's ya name?"

"I'm stuck here? Is my father here? What about my mother?"

He wasn't sure whether or not to trust the American man. His father said to never trust Americans. But he also said to respect his elders... Akihiro was conflicted. His father valued respect above all else, so he would be respectful. Besides, he knew where the guns were.

"My name is Asano Akihiro."

He bowed like his father taught him to.

Wally could only handle staying inside for so long before going crazy. Asking around on the computer was taking too long, did people really take MINUTES to reply? The world was so slow.

Well he was sure he could find out just as much if not more by looking around himself. Plus even though he couldn't seem to access his full speed, he could at least explore faster than people were getting back to him.

And some guy had mentioned there was food to be had on this island.

It only took him a moment to rush outside. In his haste he almost missed the other small figure in the hallway and had to backtrack after running past him.

"Oh hey, someone my age! I'm Kid Flash! Are you a hero? A civilian? You're not a villain are you? I'm not really supposed to talk to villains but I think you have to be older for them to let you be a real villain or something."

The rush of another small figure past him put him on edge, and he nearly jumped into the air when that same figure backtracked and started talking to him. Akihiro just stared for a minute. He'd never seen anyone with red hair before. He didn't even know people could have red hair.

"I-I'm Asano Akihiro..." he mumbled. The other figure was intimidating the way he talked so fast. And at him. Kids never talked to him unless they were teasing him.

Wally flashed the other kid a bright grin and began to shake him hand vigorously. He didn't seem like a bad guy, so he was alright in Wally's book.

Plus he had cool hair.

"That's a cool name, are you Japanese? Do I call you Asano or Akihiro? You have cool hair, how does it do that?"

He was tempted to play with the other boy's hair, but his Aunt Iris told him it wasn't polite unless the other person gave you permission.

Akihiro blinked. Why was this kid being nice to him?

"Yes. ...Half, actually. Either one is fine..."

He ran a hand through his hair.

"You really think so...? It just does that. I can't help it. I've tried to cut it but it just grows back... I kind of gave up. Yours is cool. I've never seen red hair before. Is it common in America? Y-you're from America, right?"

Someone had touched his guns. Not only that but his roommates room had been ransaked too. This wasn't good. Was someone trying to rob them? Were they dumb? Jason knew he'd been making a good impression but he was also sure he was dangerous. Same went for Daken, who would be popping up any moment now.

When Jason didn't hear Daken screaming he wondered into the apartment and stopped dead.

"Where the hell did you come from?" The looks were similar but it couldn't be. Right? Jason hoped the kid was Daken's son or something.

Daken spun on his heel. Where did this man come from? He wasn't in that room a minute ago.

"Um, hello."

Wow, American's really were angry. Just like father said.

[reallyiscrazy]

"Hello. Now who are you?" He sighed to himself and ran a hand through his hair. The kid was obvious not used to people being angry at him, so it was time for another approach.

"Okay let's start again. I'm Jason, and this is my home. Did you get lost? Or did, my roommate, leave you here?"

[mongreldog]

"I am Asano Akihiro. Who are you?"

The American didn't scare him. He tried not to let anyone scare him.

"I didn't see a roommate. The room was empty. I woke up in there."
