Dear friends,
In all of the years I have been sending this message I have done my
best to keep it simple. Occasionally I have a need to express more
about what is happening and my upcoming classes and you receive a bit
more. For the first time a product has crossed my path that I am so
quickened about that I want to share it with all of you. It is called
THE JOURNEY TO THE WILD DIVINE and it is a computer program that
brings biofeedback into your home and blends this wonderful healing
tool with an exquisite visual journey. Basically by utilizing
biofeedback equipment and techniques you will travel to fascinating
temples and meet different Masters who will teach you breathing
techniques for relaxation and exhilaration. You will apply what you
learn to move you through colorful gardens and amazing experiences.
Example: There are doors that open when you focus and relax, and
balls that begin to float in the air when you laugh and breath
joyfully. It is an amazing experience and reasonably priced to be
available to all of us.
I have used biofeedback in the past in physical therapy and have had
great success in lowering my blood pressure without medication and
overall relaxation. I am very excited to have this equipment on my
computer and to be able to use it whenever I want on my own. I also
