So a post every two years, not to bad huh?

I just had an interview with a private preschool/kindergarten for a French Teacher. It went very well and I find out on Friday if I get the job or not, then would need to start teaching on Monday. This is scary for several reasons: I just learned to like kids, I sounded pretty sure of myself but I'm very scared on the inside, I need to make a curriculum in a weekend, I need to figure out how to teach two year olds in a weekend, I need to learn how to document kids work and plan for four separate classes in a weekend, plus learn what the hell Montessori school is all about, and plan for an adult ed class. And I still feel like procrastinating. But mostly because I'm nervous for the amount of independent work I've just given myself. I'm learning as I go and I know I've done this before last year with the High School kids, it's just the other end of the spectrum. Before I was thrown in and had to teach the International Bacaloriate (sp?) AP French kids who were like little student soldiers, now two year olds?! It's a big gap, can she do it? Oui, elle peut!

Life in the Cumberland home is quiet other than that. Canning tomatoes this evening and seeing Mrs. Lorien this weekend. Oh la vie!
