So I'm pretty sure I want to transfer to Laval University in Quebec. It's a recent idea but has been solidified in my head these past few days, esp. after trying to pick classes for next year. I've taken almost all the french courses offered and the other courses for my international affairs major interest me but would be more useful to me if taught in french. I've come so far, I really don't look forward to loosing it all. Plus I love Quebec anyway, I've visited the Laval Campus before for an afternoon pic nic and have gone to the city a dozen times or so. Plus the people there are so rich, with life that is. So I don't really want to return in the fall, but if I can't transfer by then, I will.

In other news, going onto week 4 of no school. Participated in a strike yesturday with 10,000 or so other people just from Angers! And that was a small one. Also got asked today to go to Grenobles for a weekend with some girls in my hall to one of their houses. Grenobles is right next to the Alps so we are going to do a bit of hiking. I love it, and it's also so much cheaper than having to find a hotel and blah blah.

Spent the weekend at Arielles house, spoke french the entire time, go me. Got to see St. Malo and Mont Saint Michel and a lot of the coast of northern france, brittany area. Also the country side, which is absolutely beautiful, green rolling hills everywhere.

Going to a reggae soul concert tomorrow at a bar downtown, hope it is good! John Butler Trio was amazing even if I was tired the next day when we went to Ireland. I spent 11 hours in a bar on St. Paddy's day haha. I was drunk on and off three times....wooops I won't even mention how much I spent that day. It did suck though spending the night in the London aiport....really bad. At least it was free, too bad I didn't ever fall asleep, but I sure was real good at looking like a hobo. Maybe that should be my job.

I'd make a good hobo.
