I've caved in..
So, yeah, I broke down and used one of those images (this one is by me, hence it's painful simplicity). This thing's now completely friend's only, even the bs entries. Anyone without an lj that reads this, you're going to find nothing from this point on, maybe even altogether, if I can ever get myself to lock all my thousand-some past entries. If you don't have an lj then chances are I didn't want you reading this thing anyway, not that you're missing on anything incredible or anything, but you know.
So my rules are simple, and sound angrier than I intended:
[x] Leave a comment saying you've added me. If I like you/we share a lot of interests/find you fascinating, I add you.
[x] You don't leave me a comment asking about a layout, an icon, using fanart in an icon, to promote your community (spam), say something ignorant, etc. I will hate you, I will smite you, I will delete your comment, then I will block you. I have a tolerance level of absolute ZERO.
[x] I am not a mean person by any means. I like to make new friends, so new friends ARE in fact welcome. I'm just particularly pissy.
[x] Any questions, feel free to ask.
[x] If I don't add you back, chances are I don't like you.
[x] If you are a whiny attention whore, I will remove you. I've had my own fair share of whining angst, but I got over it. I don't like to read it and constant angsting and whining gets old.
[x] People who post too many quizzes are unwelcome. Lj cut is your friend.
[x] Don't come here preaching to me about using fanart, crediting, what have you. I only encountered this a few times, but again, tolerance level of zero. I don't care. Nothing you say will make me care. I give credit, so piss off.

I'm also considering trimming my friend's list soon (again). There are some people I don't know who read that I've added. I haven't made an effort to get to know them and they haven't made an effort to get to know me. It isn't being fair and I doubt they read what I say, so I'm probably going to cut some people. If you find yourself skimming my entries, please just unfriend me. Seriously. I'll unfriend you back and that'll be the end of that. I won't feel guilty and neither will you. It'll be a mutual understanding.
That's all. Actual update soon, since it's been about a week, and I try to keep my updates weekly since it takes thta long to get anything worth writing about to happen.
