One of my staff gave me a really nice compliment tonight. She told me I am approachable and fair... two things I have always tried hard to be and am glad that I have actually been able to do. It hasn't been easy being a manager.. I have had more than my fair share of challenges, but I am a stronger person because of it all. I really wonder how people will react to me leaving and going back to school and if I will have a big mess to clean up when (and if) I go back. But, I really can't worry about that. I have to live my life and do the things I want and not look back. I am so nervous, yet so excited for this change.
