Checking In
I am in Phoenix for the summer and in search for a job in the 623. I still don't have my own car, sad panda. But I have a beautiful newly adopted nephew who is two years old. And I have a boyfriend. :D haja.
As far as the job, I just can't seem to get a job outside of school or music. I want to move back to Phoenix now, cause I have much more resourceful connections here. I know people who can get me jobs around here. And another friend from church who could get me small teaching jobs and maybe a permanent job. But I am in tucson. I don't play a leading instrument anyway, but Im practicing piano so Im comfortable and fluent with it, then Im gonna try to learn guitar. I borrowed an electric guitar so I can learn chords more easily! Well, I am sticking with my plan, but perhaps I can land a church gig in tucson and do jobs when I am here for winter break! :)
And by the way, if you don't know who my boyfriend is yet, those of you who went to ASA know who he is. :D Its Matt Masch. Pianist and Clarinetist. :D Yep! We have been together now for a month almost!
