They run the same ep back to back on the day it broadcasts; odds are unless NEO Bright House does something off-the-wall, that's what you've got.
Put on some clothes, for cryin' out loud.
That's another thing: When I'm home, I'm usually dressed minimally or not at all as long as the temp is above 70. Wearing clothes in that hot-house was really irksome. .
I wondered what you'd been up to, m'dear. You are a saint for babysitting the addled elderly and especially for cooking something you can't stand to eat. *hugs*
I've been recuperating from having my gall bladder removed Monday morning(laprascopic surgery is a walk in the park compared to other things I've had done in the past) and have been off work all this week. Get to dive back into the divine craziness bright and early Tuesday morning, though. :D
Oh sweetie, I'm so sorry! I hope you feel better soon! And here's praying that the ecclesiatical craziness isn't too-too.
Sainthood apparently isn't sufficient; I'm told that the family will be hiring a "real" nurse, and I need not return. I don't know WHY I'm not good enough, but I'm really upset (as it was arranged behind my back) and trying to swallow a big-girl pill so I can deal with the news.
Well, that sucks. If it's any consolation, it's probably that his insurance will pay for a "real nurse" and not for the home assistance you've been providing. {{{hugs}}} The family may come to rue that decision, since a lot of "real nurses" are not allowed to do anything housekeeper-like for their charges. I had a friend who did home nursing for the elderly, and she was kind-hearted enough to do laundry for her patients, but had to be careful that her employers never found out.
I actually feel better, except for the sore spots, without a gall bladder. It was causing me a lot of trouble and I'd been mis-diagnosed with gastric reflux because of it. So I no longer have to take a medication for something I don't have! :)
Yay for dispensing with unnecesary meds. Hope it's smooth sailing from here on. Heard yesterday that T (widower of Susie) is having gallbladder troubles. Luckily, he has good insurance!)
No houssekeeping? *laughs hysterically* Oh, won't THAT be a monkey wrench! He doesn't cook---makes cereal in the morning, that's all---but is too lazy or spoiled to even make a sandwich for lunch, and FORGET about turning on the stove! Although I had the impression they were contacting Granny Nannies, who are more generral-purpose.... .
