Okay, so I'm not the first person to share the news . But I'm still happy to announce that Mr Sex On Legs has a new movie in the works. And going by the summary, yeah, I'm pretty sure he's gonna DIE. Is he becoming the David Soul of the 2000s? (Off-hand, I can only think of one movie DS didn't die in, which was that really creepy one with Patty Duke Astin.)

...??? Other than "Here Come the Brides" and "Starsky and Hutch", the only other DS vehicle I can even think of off the top of my head is "Salem's Lot". (Yup, dead....)

Maybe I'm thinking of his character's fate in the novel. It's been about a million years since I've seen it.

Lance Kerwin?! OMG, not there's a name I haven't heard in a couple decades...James at 15. (And after the notorious birthday ep where he got laid by a Swedish exchange student, James at 16....) Per IMDb, he hasn't done any acting since '95, and he's just 2 months younger than me. Huh, who knew?

I definitely haven't seen everything David Soul's been in but of the movies I have seen (including Hanoi Hilton) he's died in all, I think, but one. (I can't remember if his character dies in Magnum Force, but I think so.) It's kind of a joke among DS fans.

Same with JDM. Even in The Burning Zone, a series he did about 10 years ago, his character was given a lethal injection and brought back to life. The only thing I think he's ever survived in is PS I Love You.

Can I add another joke for DS? I have been avidly watching a British series titled TopGear and in each episode they put a star in a 'reasonably prized' car (I think it was Suzuki Liana in DS's case). Anyway, for all the history of this show, DS was the first who completely BROKE the poor car! And then did the same for the spare one as well.

He destroyed the gearbox. He pushed the shift so strongly that gears inside just... broke.

Good grief, I would've said that was impossible. I've never heard of a Suzuki Liana---they must be crap if they're that easy to fuck up.

You should have seen how he treated the poor car! You could hear how he ground the gears while shifting!

Geez, what a klutz! It's not like you have to be a marvel of coordination to shift gears---*I* can do it.
