Does someone else remember this--?

Sometime within the last couple of weeks, I remember seeing a challenge where the idea was to write the story from the POV of an Innocent Bystander. I thought I'd bookmarked it. Nope, not there. Looked as far back as my flist would let me. No dice.

If anyone could steer me to this, I'd be quite grateful. (Wouldn't that be nice karma to earn?)
