www.taobaospree.com/ I recently did an order with taobaospree, after having a bad experience with yoybuy, I'm glad to say I like taobaospree alot more.
Communication - 5/5
My order was handled by Susan, no swapping between the agents. She is SO nice and sweet, and her english is pretty good, we even use emoticons and ~~~'s and such with eachother, lmfao. She's really laid back and helpful. She updated often with good detail in everything, and always checked to make sure things were correct.
Ease of Use - 5/5
Probably not as easy as yoybuy to use, but still easy. You have to download a form and fill it out and send it to them, whereas with yoybuy you fill out the form on the website, but then they send you the same kind of form taobaospree uses anyway and they get you to fill out your adress etc. anyway Either way is fine with me though. Susan is much easier to deal with though, with yoybuy they didn't understand what I was saying and didn't give details and so I was like WHAT DO I DO D: So yeah, taobao spree wins again.
Shipping and Packaging - 5/5
I needed some things in time for Manifest, so I got Susan to send most of my stuff a couple weeks before the last thing arrived. It cost me $18 USD more, but I didn't mind.
I also ordered 2 parasols, Susan said she couldn't ship them because they are too long and they don't have big enough boxes, but then she awesomely said she could do it anyway, and ended up tieing them to a piece of wood (so they wouldn't break I guess ?) and put two boxes together so they could fit :D
Everything was packed awesomely, in boxes only, no flimsy bags and taped up like woah. Everything inside was also in boxes or plastic.
Shipping took about a week, maybe a bit less, which is pretty reasonable. I think yoybuy's shipping was faster for some reason, but I didn't mind.
Overall - 5/5 !
EDIT: I TOTALLY FORGOT !!
Whenever things reached her, she took photos of everything, to make sure it looks all right :D which was awesome, I didn't have to worry about getting blue shoes instead of mint this time !
Now for photos and reviews on the actual items.
The first box ~
I love these umbrellas, I have a white one aswell that I bought a while ago. They seem sterdy to me, but also not heavy, which I like. They are quite big, and long, and I love the frills > u< They also have that big "U" type handle, I love those XD
I got them from here;
midofi.taobao.com/ I also want to get a blue one, but I don't think Susan would like to go through packing them again, she said she had to get help to pack them and seemed relieved to have them packed XD Soooo I dunno what I'll do xD either keep an eye out for one that isn't on taobao, or go without o 3o
I love this headbow, though, there's one thing that I didn't expect, though I don't mind *too* much. The headband part is black, I was expecting blue. Ah well. It's still pretty ! The lace is really nice as is the material, and I like the shape (:
I got it from Princutess.
FINALLY ! I HAVE AWESOME BEAUTIFUL AMAZING MINT SHOES *O* I really love them. Comfy, pretty, shiny, eeee ! <333 The bows are pretty perfect aswell. I love perfect bows. rofl From an*tai*na ~
This was a bit of a dissapointment, the measurements were WAY WAY WAY WAY OFF. Seriously. This thing had a 120cm bust, and a 108cm waist. WTF. Wayyyy too big x.x luckily I have an awesome mum that took it in aswell as the arms. Other than that though, I do like it, but even with mums alterations, it doesn't fit perfectly. Oh well. I can still wear it under JSKs and cardigans, etc.
Oh, I also originally bought this to match milky chan, as it looked like it would match from the stock photo, but, it doesn't AT ALL. Another dissapointment, but it kindof matches my meta skirt, so all is well.
From Dream of Lolita.
This is also from Dream of Lolita. The sizing was way off again. Mum fixed it with some elastic and sew and cut part off, so it fits alright now, but, I still don't really like it. It doesn't match anything I own and the colours aren't like in the stock photos. It's nice other than that, but I think I'll try to sell it xP
I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE this wig. It's INCREDIBLY soft. And it's really hard to see a weft when you separate the hair, so when the wind blows, nobody shall know >;D it's amazing. I'm DEFINATELY ordering from them again.
from here;

This is from HMHM. I really really like it, though it doesn't match the stock photo, I thought it was going to be more ivory than milk tea. But I like it anyway, and it matches my classic dress so yeah. Also the measurements are pretty spot on, and the materials used are really good. I will definately keep buying from HMHM, this is the second thing I've bought from them and I've been happy both times, but also both times the colour was SLIGHTLY off, but meh. xD
This one actually made me quite sad, haha. It's absolutely LOVELY quality, very thick material, fully lined, amazing lace, perfect bows. But the sleeves are a little short on me, which doesn't look bad if I wear a slong sleeved blouse, but it's also a little big everywhere else ): plus, summer is coming soon here, and I'm still losing weight (I've lost 10.6 kilos now !!!), so I'll get even smaller for it, so I definately wont be able to wear it next winter, so I'll have to sell it ):
Oh, and it's from momo and jia baby.
So that's all I got from taobao ! I'll still be ordering on there, but with dream of lolita, they stuff up the sizes way too much, so I'll just be getting one replica skirt from them (dreamy dollhouse) and that's all. Unless they come up with more replicas...I might buy them, but only skirts. I won't be buying any more cardigans or blouses etc. from them.
Now, to show off my meta skirt from Victor, lmfao. <333
Of course it's amazing. Thick material, detachable lace at the bottom, the waist tie is like a belt, goes through belt loops and covers the shirring part, awesome. I love it. and the print...-drools- Pictures now !
That's all for now, I will have a Manifest post soon...When I can be bothered. o 3o
for now enjoy my latest daily_lolita post -
