sick but still ... huh
ok, I've been sick since ... Wed.
I got hit around 11-12 noon ... I felt like I was coming down with something but it felt too .... fast so I ignored, finally around like 1 I was feeling a mild temp, and me co-worker said I felt a little warm. after riding Major and FINALLY figuring out the post (YAY!) I felt weak in the hip and from the shoulders up, so me boss said go home (I naturally refused) heh basically we agreed that I'd back my co-worker up as she sprayed a bee hive, then I'd close up and leave...
I almost passed out en- route home!
when I say I barely made it out of the car and into the house ... I barely made it! ... I managed to get into the shower to run warm water on myself, get out, put on my pj shirt then curl up fetal position on my bed... I was out from like 4 something until 9 when mom took me to the Dr's. I had a full blown fever of 102.3 so they loaded me up on a cocktail of drugs, and told me to eat something (... I have a limited appetite when sick...)
ANYWHO, I took off yesterday arguing with myself the whole time saying "I coulda gone to work!" then feeling weak and passing out for 4 hrs then getting up to argue all over again and fall asleep for 4 more hrs. uhm ... was GOING to take off again today since I still felt weak and was shaking, but I ended up going in, which was good cause I felt better once I got out into the fresh air. minus a scratchy throat, stiff neck and a few dizzy spells, I was fine!
welp, just thought I'd inform ya'll as to why I didn't answer the phone ... or call back, I'ma go pass out again, excuse me.
