Buffy Dreams
A couple of people have mentioned their fandom-related dreams recently. Here's one I had. .
I think I was heavily influenced, at least at the start, by the Tropezverse. Warren and Andrew went to an art gallery, and sooner or later Connor and Dawn joined them. Warren got all interested in a photography exhibit so he spent most of his time there. Andrew, however, got bored and started trailing his hands through various ponds of fish. I remember yelling at him to be careful because there were pirhanas in there but he take any notice.
Then Andrew nearly fell into one of the ponds. Luckily Connor rescued him. They kept on smiling and laughing and touching each other. I told Andrew off for flirting with Connor when he was supposed to be dating Warren but they both denied that they were flirting. Andrew then added that he and Warren were just good friends. Despite my protests (yes, dream-me is able to protest against Condrew. Strange.), they continued not-flirting.
While all this was going on, Warren kept looking over, all broody and not-so-secretly in love with Andrew. So Dawn went over to comfort him.
Then they/we (I was able to talk to Connor and Andrew but I don't think I was physically present) were by a river. Then they rushed into a barge to avoid capture by the nebulous vaguely establishment authority figures who regular appear in my dreams. It's the first time, though, that they've been chasing people who aren't me.
