So, I believe my laptop has finally crapped out. It's been a slow process of freezing and unresponsive programs, but finally, it's gotten to the point where internet explorer and any type of windows program just won't open anymore. So what does Dell do? They're sending me a replacement hard drive. Like I have any idea what to do with that.

Bring it to the Help Desk or get a Dell technician to schedule a time to come to the Help Desk and he can do it there.
