I backed out of the condo deal. The thing is a possible 'leaky condo', so I've gone running far, far away.
I'm now looking to buy a townhouse in Maple Ridge. Yep... heading back to ye' old homestead. I miss my friends. I miss my sister. My whole life right now consists of working, then coming home and going on the computer until bedtime. And every few weeks or so I fly to Long Beach for some real human interaction.
Not a bad way to live, mind you. It suits me fine. But seeing Jen and Dan on the weekend really made me realize that I miss being around my friends like crazy, and that it's time for me to go back home. Their son is already 5 and I can't believe that I only see him 2 or 3 times a year. That's terrible.
