ummm ouch
Ok well on sat at practice we wer running segments and some how I donno exactly but I some how triped over my self when I was trying to go to the next set and I fell. I didn't think I did anything too bad to it, so I got up and walked to the bench to sit out for a little bit so I could go back in. But then I took off my sock and then it was soooo swollen, I had this huge bump on the side of my foot, it might of been the size of a golf ball, I don't remember. But yeah, so i sat out the rest of the night very upset that I fell and did something to my foot. But then came the fun part of driving home. Yeah that was a lot of fun when you drive a stick and you hurt your left foot. So yeah I didn't have a good time driving. Then I got home and my mom saw it and I was taken to the ER. And there they told me that I broke my 5th metatarsal, which is the bone that connects your baby toe to your ankel. So they put a splint on my foot that went all the way up to my knee. (very uncomfortable) And I went to practice the next day and then the comp. Then today I went in to see if I had to get a cast or I could get a walking boot. Yay i got the boot!!!! Woo Hoo. Well the dr said that I sprained my ankel and broke my foot. Great. He also said that if my break was any higher I would of had to have a cast, or have surgury. And I would be out of a long time. Now I'm mostlikey out for the whole rest of the season. I'm sooo not happy with that, I don't know what I'm going to do. Ahhh so now I'm going to loose all my flexabilty and mostlikely my upper body strenght. Which is going to suck to get it all back. Ugh!!!! So Now I'm out for the rest of the season, and I thought breaking and dislocating my finger was bad. It didn't hurt to the point where I had to cry, it was the thought/ knowing that I was going to be out for a while made me cry. It didn't hurt too bad, yeah it hurt, but i was expecting it to hurt a whole lot more than it did, the break. Well last night while I was sleeping I some how managed to get the splint off. Yay my foot was free for a few hrs last night. It fell off becuase the swelling went down a lot. Well I think I got all of what I wanted to say said. Oh yeah. Now theres 2 cripples on guard right now. Me and this other girl Calli. We both broke/ fractured the same foot, in about the same area on the floor. Right in front on the 50 (center). So yeah the raven is pissed and taking people out one by one. For those that don't know the raven is the name of the show were doing, by Edgar Allen Poe. Hahahaha yeah my update is in one huge paragraph. lol.... I can't drive my truck for 6 weeks, so now I have to drive a automatic... Blah
