bilby1915 requested that I state what I've been listening to, but apart from podcasts and cricket commentary, I'm afraid there isn't much. I play Spook - Dusk Sessions and Chanel Cole - Cracked But Intact several times a week, of course, but in terms of music, that's been about it for the last few months.
Haven't really been into music of late, which is a shame, given that the Aust iTMS has opened. Exploring new music, or even just revisiting old favourites, is something I do when I am up and happy. The Spook and Chanel CDs are different - since I first played them, they've become as essential as oxygen, and I have to admit that I am an addict. If I don't get a fix every day or two, I start getting antsy.
I really like Madonna - Hung Up, so I'm keen to hear the Confessions On A Dance Floor album some day.
Although the last couple of years has seen many Australian acts take the world by storm, the only one that has interested me at all has been Butterfingers. I guess I can include Joel Turner's group in the "want to listen to" category.
It should be clear by now that I am one of the most un-musical people around, and without a miracle (Transvision Vamp, The Tea Party or Rage Against The Machine re-forming) that is likely to be true for a while !
