I wonder what I'm going to be doing tomorrow...
The last week has been very accomplishing for me, for lack of better words. 2 job interviews, and well, pure chaos at work. Found out when I went to the job interview at VIA that I already have the job and "the fact that I was called back was a big step in the employment process" as per the lady in the HR department who interviewed me. The funny thing was when I went to that interview I was actually nervous. Somebody in the department walked by me and said "Deep breaths, deep breaths." It was kinda funny because I can't even remember the last time I was nervous at an interview. It must mean that I really want this. Sounds like this job is gonna be really fun. Although one thing I'm not looking forward to is the 18 hour work days. Yes, that's right, I only get 6 hours of rest a day. Thank god that these trips only last 2 days each way roughly. Forgot to ask so many questions. Will call tomorrow. Worked crazy hours last week. One-12 hour day. I don't think I can mentally do my job anymore! I hate Americans! That's right you heard me! Good workout today too and I only spent $43 bucks on groceries. Can't remember the last time that happened.
Update: Darrell the scheduling guy is still flirting with the women in my department, mainly Alison and I finally got my schedule, talked to Sonja and she said it was wrong. Good thing too, cause I was scheduled weekends on it. Can you say bullshit? Only Monday to Friday for me. Newbies can do the weekend thing.
