[ When Sylvia awakes in the edge of the forest, one of the first things she registers is the change of clothes (and a slight lack thereof), and that's enough to fully wake her. Her initial reaction is to react, and there is a short gasp before -- ]

H-how indecent!

[ The journal she'd unknowingly brushed open in her grogginess lies on the ground,

[Her eyes open wide at the voice that comes booming out.]

Miss, are you okay?

[voice] 1/2

[ Knowing someone's there, she calms immediately for her dignity's sake. She turns to the source of the voice, her posture straight. ]

My apologies. I --

[voice]

[vanhossen]

[ And there is (dumbfounded) silence.

Because there is no one to be seen. ]

[voice]

There's no need to apologize.

[Saber, on the other hand, never had an experience with an accidental recording and was briefed about the journal.]

[voice]

[vanhossen]

That's . . .

[ While she'd like to explain herself, she tries more to find the owner of the voice. Her eyes land on the journal by her feet. She vaguely remembers bumping something when she was getting up, and ridiculous as the thought might be, the words sounded to have come from it. ]

The book?

[voice]

[She pauses for a moment.]

Yes. The book is a communication device. Please keep it safe.

[voice]

And that's how we're able to converse? I see.

[ How strange. She crouches down and scoops up the journal, though she nearly drops it when the backache begins to sink in. Well. It'll go away. Ignoring that for now: ]

Excuse me, but where is this?

[voice]

[The woes of having a rack.]

This is Luceti, a different 'realm' so to say. It is hard to accept, but unfortunately you are not home anymore. [All said in a gentle, yet vaguely cold tone.]

[ F-fff. And wings. Those hurting wings. ]

This place looks nothing like [ not the most appropriate word, but it makes conversation easier ] home. I've never heard of Luceti . . . Where is this realm located?

[voice]

[heroicarturia]

[oh yeah right. the wings. I knew that.]

That I cannot answer for you. It is a place where people from other realms are being put together. [She looks closely into the camera to try and figure out where the other is.] ...There is a village outside the forest.

[voice]

[vanhossen]

[ But the chest is totally a part of the reason.

Where people from other places are put together. ] A kidnapping? [ She holds herself from launching into a tirade of questions, and instead focuses on the next bit, to which she looks around herself. ] I think I see it.

[voice]

[heroicarturia]

Yes. [Not that Saber sees it that way herself.] Everyone else in the village is a captive. You might even meet people you know that are being held captive.

Try moving toward the village then. You might find help from there. [Saber would come, but she's trying to rest as much as possible to reserve energy.]

[voice]

[vanhossen]

I hope not. [ No exceptions. She doesn't like the sound of this place. ]

I will. Thank you. [ There's a slight rustle as she starts walking, when the steps seem to slow. ] Will it be possible to acquire a different attire, there?

[voice]

In the village there is a clothing store, where your old attire should be.

[ Store? She'll. Haggle for it, if she must. ]

Understood. I will go there first.

[voice]

That would be best - the dresses given to women when they arrive are, as you said, indecent. There are also grocery stores if you are hungry. Regularly use the journal: it is the main way the village communicates with one another.
