Yes, we came up with the idea on the train this morning and made them tonight. We still need to do some work on the actual muffin recipe, since Joy calls a biscuit a muffin, but the flavor profile is there and wow. I may be one step closer to evil culinary genius (especially since my suggestion of avocado butter made the dish win), and seem to have found a willing partner in crime.
