Yesterday was supposed to be a day off from spinning in the Tour de Fleece. However, it began as a peaceful cottage morning. Danny was still sleeping. I couldn't resist the opportunity to sit and spin for almost an hour, so I made quite a bit of progress.
Today was another story: back home after 10 days away, needing to run out and replace prescriptions I carelessly left behind, slogging through the email inbox, trying to get back on track with some work goals and all before the local PWAC meeting tonight. I only had time for the bare minimum 15 minutes spinning.
It's all good. This is really the first time I have ever looked forward to coming home from vacation and going back to work. I must be doing something right.
It has been fun watching
the greens transition into warm fall colours on the bobbin.
