Stretching
Today I started late and the writing didn't click like yesterday. Two stories took almost four hours. Feeling frazzled and unfocused, I decided to stop short of my quota for the day. After that it felt good to weave for a while.
Still, I earned $75 this week. I might work a little more tomorrow if there's time. Next week I'll boost the quota to $25 per day for four days and see how it goes. It's hard, stretching experience, and will be good to fall back on when I have no other work, but I can't do this kind of writing all the time. One day next week (probably Wednesday) I will set aside to research some other freelance opportunities.
