overdue update
well its been a looooong time since i've visited live journal and now its time for another peek into the fabulous life of VANE!!!!!
ok let's see:
- went on a cruise july 17-23...not as fun as last year's i must admit, but still had fun, made lots of memories, and got a nice tan =) we visited nassau in the bahamas, st.thomas, and st.marteen (my FAV place of the whole cruise)...met 5 really cute and really sweet guys from rhode island (note to everyone: boston accents are soooo HOTTT! they make me *swoon* lol) met the man i wish i could marry, except he met a girl like 2 weeks ago, after not having a gf for 4 years! damn i was too late lol o well him and his best friend were still fabulous salsa partners and drinking buddies...everyone in the Andres and Calderin family wants me to marry into the family lmao...that's about it, there's a lot of inside jokes but no one's gonna get them so i wont include them lol
- came back and the bday celebration countdown began!!! let's see went on a date on wed...nice guy, met him before i left on the cruise, very cute, still not sure if he gets my sarcasm but he still calls so i guess he doesnt mind lol "it just shriveled up" hahaha he's into hbo comedy specials and who's line so we should be ok lol
- friday went to see "the island" with (its a long list, get ready...): susie, erick, nick, betty, damien, natalie, manny, monica, carmona, jessie, and fernando lol we had the entire row to ourselves and then after that went to the grove with nick, monica, carmona, betty, and damien...had some hooters and then came home
- saturday was THE BEST BDAY CELEBRATION EVER!!!!! started off with dinner @ chili's with (here comes the list, get ready...): yeli, javi, jenny, marla, nick, JP, christy, luly, pedro, betty, damien, michelle, vane, vero, alina, and zo...mmm margaritas @ chili's= yummm, but cosmos=blehhhh lol take it from me...our waiter ryan was fun "TOMAAAAA"...thanks for the # jenny hahaha "MENTIROSAAAA" "nick u dont like regeatton? ok let's put it on" lol after dinner headed out to soho with monica and everyone car pooled...there we met up with jorge, ele, tere, ivy, zaccha, his friend nick, erica, rene, yanek and her bf...i prob missed some ppl but it was just too many to remember and i was wayyy too buzzed lol "im not DRUNK! i just have a STOMACH ACHE!" "ooo gimme ur wristband, ah! it broke! wait! it's still sticky hurry!' haha good times at soho, guess who started the stage dancing :brushes off shoulders:... i swear everyone and their momma was @ soho! i've never seen it so packed! and like almost all of greek life was there lol lots of memories there too...go look at my pics for an idea of how much fun we had:http://www.dotphoto.com/Go.asp?l=vaneb31&P=4272&AID=2668312&T=1
got home around 4...christy slept over lol she was still awake when i got home...got a late night call from jorge...interesting evening...
-sunday i had a late lunch with the family and christy @ roadhouse..the waiter brought me balloooons! lol then i passed out when i got home...too exhausted from my weekend
so now it's monday night, im bored out of my mind, i've had insomnia lately, not sure why...i've seen lots of movies tho thanks to it lol garden state (luv it!), the day after tomorrow (jake gyllenhal, however u spell it, luv him!), the truman show (i was bored yesterday lol), i wonder what's on tonight...
