I'm not dead yet!
Seems as though I have disappeared again? Well, maybe a little. Life has been busier lately, and there's never enough hours in the day. It's not easy being a superhero, ya know?
Well, this past Friday we picked up a new digital camera. We opted for the Nikon D70S with a super sexy Nikkor lens. We heading to the American Legion for the Halloween party afterwards, and Brande and I ended up being the "official" photographers for the evening even though we weren't sure of what to do with the camera yet. The results can be seen here.
Saturday was Zack's last football game of the season, so got the chance to test out the zoom lens that a friend from work gave me. We snapped about a hundred shots there and weeded out some to post on my photo blog, and those can be seen here.
Sunday was the kids Halloween party at the Legion, and again, I was the photographer. Lots of great costumes, and Madelyn won cutest costume in her age category and Zachary won most original in his age group. Shots from that can be seen on my photo blog as well.
Tonight, we'll be doing the standard trick or treat thing with the kids and I'll be passing out some candy at the house too.
So yeah, I'm still here. Just a little quiet lately. :)
