Father is dead
My father has been dead for two weeks now. The funeral was very nice. I think that there were over 400 people there, it is kind of hard to believe. Much to everyone's surprise I spoke at the funeral. I didn't cry once when I spoke, everyone was really impressed. Of course my scary family had to cause problems during the funeral.
Work is going well. We had our grand opening last week. I got to meet a bunch of really important people in Schlumberger. Whenever I would meet someone Stephen, my boss, would say "Kathleen, tell them who you are." Then I would be forced to tell them that my grandfather was president of Dow USA when Dowell was sold to Schlumberger. He loves it.
I am at home with my mother and sister this weekend. It is nice to be with them. Last night I went to see the Science of Sleep. It was really good.
Monday I start training school in Tulsa. I am looking forward to seeing some of my friends that work for different districts.
