U of M is going to send me to an early grave.
Talked to an advisor today. She was really helpful (and surprisngly sympathetic to my situation), but she doesn't think the "guest student petition board" will approve my Schoolcraft action. I was trying to get them to approve a history and math class. However, the advisor thinks they might approve an English composition class at S'craft. She says that would be more likely to be approved because it's a class that's helpful for upper level history classes, whereas the math class I could take anytime, and the history class I wanted to take wasn't required for the lower division of my major (I thought it was, but I found out that another class I already took doubled for diversity, and lower division history). I'm still really pissed at U of M, but I don't think transferring will be good. Plus, it's a huge pain in the ass.
So now I need to go talk to Schoolcraft about a composition class, and then talk to U of M again about them approving it.
Went to see Iron Man with Steve and Swickalicious last night. It was surprisingly good. I probably wouldn't purchase it, but it definitely wasn't the huge rotting turd of a movie I was expecting. Robert Downey, Jr. definitely fit the part of an alocholic rich kid to a tee. Go figure haha.
At IKEA until 10, then going to return my video games. Then working out because the whole mess with U of M today took up my running time.
