apparently i am straight
So last night at a work dinner, my boss told me I wasn't queer. Turns out with him it was an issue of semantics and he thought that bi didn't count as queer, only gay/lesbian did. No biggie. Made for fun dinner conversation. So when I got home I told my (incredibly gay) roommate about it. He says, well you aren't queer. I looked at him, and said "excuse me". He said Hunny you are straight. I was so flabbergasted that I did know how to respond at the time. What about M. does she not count for anything? I talked to her today and she asked if maybe we needed to explain to viren a that although she is butch, she is most certainly a girl. Now I am home and I don't know how to deal with him. Oh well.
