Since Kevin and I played UT2004 (Invasion mod) all through the night (1am) it was a blessing to have two free periods right in the beginning of the day. The two classes I had solely were politics and English. There is really nothing to talk about besides the vocab-test and the fact that we are to write a final-final-exam-like test for four hours next Monday, and I'm feeling WAY under prepared. We barely dealt with any stuff, given that our teacher was away for one week (Polis) and the school-year isn't that long yet. Oh boy!
Back home I revised our school-site teaser and was quite pleased that Sebastian liked my flyer. At about 2:30pm went to Daniel in order to organize the school-shirt infra-structure. As it looks momentarily, we'll be trying to pull it off completely via the internet, trying to get J. to write a database and spare us all the handwriting-encryption. It's a viscous process, but I'm confident we'll make it eventually.
Too bad Daniel doesn't love the gold-on-black idea :D
I forgot to mention that it poured mostly the whole day which made me sleepy and sucked out my energy. Thus, art-school was a drag, concentrating hard for me to do. A cute thing though was when we created a card for Charlotte (artsy friend) who currently works in Scotland. Our theme was quite crazy "Save us, we're lost without you :D" And while I was experimenting with my kneaded-eraser time flew by eventually.
Whohooo! Went to a concert of the Ska-band "Tiefenrausch" and it really helped to pump me up and get my energy out.
They performed in a club called "So36" somewhere in "Kreuzberg" (= middle of the city, 40 minutes traveling time). J. and her friends, too intended to go there and I just needed to get out of my place for once. Since it was a free concert (or better: 2 concerts followed by each other) it just fit right in with my day.
Unfortunately J. wasn't actually there for reasons that are not clear to me yet. Was she simply tired, depressed, alone ? I'd love to be there for her and it's time that I voice my affection in some other way. Anyways, since I had so much fun jumping about the place, carrying stage-divers and laughing when the shirtless-voluminous guys fell it was worth it anyways.
True, I was on my own as the people I knew left, but to celebrate oneself is important too.
On the way home I just couldn't sit still tapping my feet while listening to music. Once again I realize how awesome my headphones are. Thank you °kiss° :D
Got to go to bed,
Flyer-discussion and more tomorrow at 11am :)
