Crossposting

So, I know there is a way to post to post to Dreamwidth and have it crosspost to Livejournal--but is there a way to post to Livejournal and have it crosspost to Dreamwidth? I have no desire to use Dreamwidth to post on, and I only seem to remember to read old entries here about once a month, but I wouldn't mind being able to somewhat mindless crosspost my LJ entries here. I could do it manually, but I somehow doubt I'll remember to.

It's not a big deal really, but it'd be nice if I could just set it up and then sort of forget about it.
