Continuing my attempt to get all ten Doctors made before Gallifrey One in February, here is Paul McGann's Eighth Doctor, based off his TV Movie appearance. I'm not Eight's biggest fan, but I do like him and love that the new series had made him canon. I really like McGann and wish he had been given more to work with. I thought giving him the pocket watch with no hands would be fun. (Though don't look too close--I ran out of room.) Now that Eight is done, I am officially half way to my goal of making all ten!
