The first day of spring has been pretty windy here. The cherry blossoms are blooming early and lots of people are out watching them. Two years ago it felt strange to go see them and have no people around. Now it feels strange to have so many people around.
One of off-and-on projects over the last two years has been to organise, and when possible digitise, my photo collection. It's been like time-travelling, spending time with younger versions of my family. Every so often I have to set it aside and stay in current times.
I finished A Marvellous Light by Freya Marske, a m/m romance with magic set in Victorian times. It's the first book of a trilogy. I'll definitely look for the next one. I've also been enjoying the Ruth Galloway mystery series by Elly Griffiths. Most of the books are set in Norfolk. She's a forensic archaeologist who keeps finding modern bodies. And I watched Episode 3 of The Gilded Age. Still loving the clothes and hats.
Today's sunset was quite pretty. Enjoy!
