Alive, and well
So, a LOT has happened since my last update. Here it is in a nutshell....
1. I quit The Bank of Tampa. My boss started treating me like shit, I stopped eating and sleeping, all that good stuff. Billy's mom told me to go apply at Bank of America, and I did, and got the position, making $23,500.00 a year to start. And Bank of Tampa called me a "liar" that I was making that much. Did it over occur to them that I am finally being paid what I am worth? They stated that their pay is "competitive". With what? Wal-Mart?
2. BILLY AND I BOUGHT OUR FIRST HOME!!!! YAY US!!!! We close on April 28th. Tell me how many 21 and 22 year olds own their own home. Heh. Not to toot our own horns, but we are quite proud of what we have accomplished. We work hard, and cannot wait to move in. It's a 3/2 in a good neighborhood, we have a pool, no backyard neighbors, and it is perfect for us. HOORAY!! No more apartment living, or hearing that slut next door's headboard banging agaisnt the wall at ungodly hours of the night. Bitch.
3. I get my wedding dress next week. YAY ME!!!
4. Billy got a new job making a LOT more money and better hours. YAY! He isn't nearly as stressed out anymore, and I'm very proud of him. He is already being fought over as to whether he stays in that store or transfers. His mananger doesn't want him to leave. I can't blame her. He is a great worker. And I don't say that because he is my fiance (I LOVE that word!!) He really is a good employee.
That is the bulk of it. Everything is falling in to place for us after such a bad time last year was. Finally, the pieces are dropping in to place for us and our future together.
