Blondie but not really
So I just got back from NOT seeing Blondie play at City Hall Park. We just missed it when we got there and they were packing up to go so we went over to J&R and they having an autograph session so Vanessa and her roomate Amanda decided to go in. Amanda and I get CD's and go outside to stand on the long ass line but when we round the corner the security guard was there and said he couldn't allow anymore to go online. Amanda started complaining and Vanessa bribed the security guard for literally 10 minutes. It was amusing but real windy. After 10 minutes Amanda and I couldn't think of anything more and Vanessa wanted a cookie so we went to Ms. Field's and Amanda told the story to her boyfriend over the phone when this guy in a business suit overhears...
This business guy who looks like he's 20 something and has the biggest green eyes, like Joaquin Phoenix's, starts talking to us and is like ok "here, dial this number and never dial it again." Then he said something about knowing how we can see Debbie Harry and any other celebrity or something. Of course we get Vanessa to do it and he starts dialing a number on his cell phone and all in all it was real shady. We kept asking what are you doing, and what is this number and the likes. Long story short, Amanda dialed it and he was all like never do drugs and drink, stay healthy unlike me, Im doing this to help you guys out and Im late to see my mom who I haven't seen for 6 years and Im high blah blah blah. So we end up returning the CD's and heading back. We called the number again to hear the recording which was Stevie Wonder saying that you have reached so and so. We call again for Vanessa to listen but an actual person picked up and Amanda said he sounded pissed even though she said she called the wrong number.
