Firstly, boourns to people who accept your friend requests on facebook then delete you! What is that all about? I added my first grade crush and then he deleted me.. jerk :P

On to other stuff, i'm back in winnipeg. my visit to ontario with the accompanying road trip home was a busy time but a good time. Our first stop on the way back was at Denny's, damn i've missed that place. My food was awesome and I hope it isn't another 5 years before i get to enjoy their chickenfingers again.

Also got to ikea, bought some cutlery that i love but is different than the stuff i liked originally. scored that cd/dvd cabinet that i'd been eyeing and can't wait to set it up but it will have to wit for a bit as my schedual is a bit.. um.. tightish.. for the next few days at least. went to Parrot island and spent too much on bird toys and treats but I don't regret it cause I know the boys will love it.

Friday when i got back i had a bit of time at home before heading out to my boss's birthday party, it was a really good time and I'm very glad that i went. I got to see Jeff's former parrot in his new home, he seemed very happy and was friendly towards me which was really nice. Stewart is very much in love with my boss's wife, they are very cute together.

yesterday was of course the parade, while others may not have enjoyed it, I had a blast and enjoyed all the happy children on the route. They were mostly all very well behaved, the only REALLY bad one was the son of a co-worker who liked to punch me in the face, whenever he had the chance. i don't know if he realized that punchingme in the face wasn't just hitting costume but actually also HITTING MY FACE. here is some photo proof of one of the lesser attacks
