No surgery for the chef retard!
So I did not need surgery! And I'm feeling MUCH better! I have an appointment in a couple months or so to get rechecked and make sure everything is alright. So that's all done with.
I have started my kitchen courses this past week! I like my baking course, it's fun! I got to make focaccia (roman flatbread), cream stones, and biscuits! That was fun! =]
My other kitchen course, ugggghhhh! I am not a cook, I don't have ANY experience chopping or anything! haha, so it's pretty difficult for me right now. I'm seriously like the class chef retard when it comes to chopping up vegetables. So I got pounds of carrots and potatoes to practice! haha, lameeee. While it is really difficult, I think I kinda like the challenge, gives me something to work for.
- I am also excited for this month!! This upcoming weekend, I am going to Halloween Horror Nights with Joey and some other friends! I have never been to HHN with a boyfriend!! =D Should be fun! =] Plus I just always love HHN! That's on Saturday, on Friday I am going to a concert - Enter Shikari. Should be fun =]
- Then next weekend, starting Thursday, Wai-Yee is coming to visit me! =D And we are going to Howl-o-scream!! With Joey, Maclin, and maybe some other friends. Again, EEEKKK!!
And then on that weekend, JOSE IS VISITING!!! So exciting!! Jose hasn't seen me or Wai-Yee in SOOOO long!! I was supposed to see him a couple weeks ago, but I couldn't 'cause I was in so much pain. So HORRAY!
- Then the 3rd weekend, I wanna MAKE Joey go camping!! hahaha. Another friend, Ashley, wants to go camping too, so I think she'll be able to talk her boyfriend into going, which will further influence Joey to want to go. SWEEEEEET!
-4th weekend: HALLOWEEN!! I'm not sure what i'll be doing, but Imma do something!! I'll be Leeloo, so I gots to party it up!! WOOT
Another side note, I met a cool chick who could be my buddy up here that I can chill with outside of Joey and his group! YAAAAY! I am supposed to hang out with her tomorrow night, but I dunno. I gots a lot of homework, practicing, and baking I gotta do. =\ So I gotta think if I am willing to have a stressful Thursday-Friday, or just reschedule...Maybe she'll wanna go to Enter Shikari?
