Dr. Horrible
Whhhhhy is this thing so freaking awesome?! My mind, it boggles and is absolutely blown away. How can something awesome, funny, and surprisingly--well, you'll see for yourself--be packed into a measly 42 minutes?! Emotional rollercoaster! (For me, might not be the same for others, but you know.)
It's only been out for a few days and will be gone (at least the free version anyway) by midnight Sunday, and I am so going to buy the DVD when it comes out with all those extras Whedon was talking about. Which I hope includes a soundtrack because I WOULD listen to it.
The entire thing reminds me of a book I read about a year ago called Soon I Will Be Invincible and deals with supervillains and superheroes in a non-conventional way. Very, very good book, and I highly suggest picking it up. In fact, I may have to go dig it up and reread it. Damn temptation.
...I shall resist watching Dr. Horrible again until later when I get up. Don't have to work, which is nice.
