Gotta love Central New York weather. One week, it's pushing into the thirties at night, and now...it's probably still in the eighties (or at least it feels that way). Whatever it is, it's still too damn hot and humid. Ugh. -.-
I hope the weather will be nice when we drive up to the Pacific Mall. Just...I hope it's cooler. Sunny yes! But cooler.

We got my car registered a few days ago. It's just got to be inspected and such and it'll be all set. I'm tempted to dub the car 'Gremio' because of the hole in the back left bumper...and it's green. Not the right green, but green nonetheless. Don't think I'd like that shade of green on the entire car anyway...
Though we got it registered, I haven't been the one driving it. In the never ending saga of shit going wrong with our cars, the serpentine belt popped off of my father's Ford Taurus (which had only been back on the road after getting its entire brake lines replaced for a couple weeks). Thankfully, it didn't happen while any of us were driving. Incidentally, I was driving it moments before it did, but it's not my fault. Mom had bought some spray lubricant for the belt so it'd stop squealing and when we got home, she had me pop the hood and leave the car on while she sprayed it. The moment she did, I saw her jump and she yelled at me to turn off the car. I did, and then she told me that the belt popped off. Just...pop! I couldn't help laughing ^^; But Mom was upset and was close to tears when she told my father about it. Fortunately, the belt's still all in one piece. It just needs to be re-threaded along the different wheels and stuff and it'll be fine.
In jest, I told my mother that she's not allowed to touch my car, though if I had my choice, neither would my father since it's been the cars he's been driving that have had bad luck as of late. >.>
EDIT: I say that, and lo, the car didn't want to start for Pop when he had to go to work. *shakes head* Told him about the starter trick and he finally figured it out.

In fandom news, I caught up in both Tsubasa and xxxHolic.
All I can say about Tsubasa is that I didn't see that one coming. None of it. Wow. *hugs them all*
And xxxHolic was absolute love ^.^ Reading the two back to back, you'd think the CLAMP girls were bipolar.
Also read what I think is the latest chapter of Naruto (354, I believe), and found an MSN group that has the Bleach chapters so I can finally catch up in that. Though, I think I'll finally tackle the rest of Furuba sometime this summer as well. It's getting harder to avoid spoilers and icons from later in the series, so...it's probably about time.
I've also been playing Super Paper Mario and the second Phoenix Wright game. Mario's very very fun, doesn't take itself seriously, and has hilarious dialogue sometimes. I think I'm getting near the end, but I don't doubt that I've missed a lot of stuff.
I'm also close to finishing Phoenix Wright. The game's too short! ;_; I like the investigating part more than I do the actual court proceedings. I need to get my hands on the first game now. I love the characters and some of the witness...man are they nuts!
But before I finish either of those, I need to finish Suikoden IV. I'm also near the end of that game as well. ^^;;;

I also need to get back to writing. I've been wanting to write for the past three weeks and the moment I open up any sort of document, nothing comes. The desire is definitely there, but...I don't think my concentration is. I just need to get some rope or something to wrangle it in.
