Room for Rent !!!
As some of you may have heard, I am looking to move out, in order for me to do this I need to find a replacement for my room, so if anyone is looking to move to Portsmouth into a shared house with 3 others then here are the details for my room, etc!
It is a single room with an average sized balcony which overlooks the garden.
There is also a larger balcony on the top floor of the house. The front room/dining room is fairly large with patio doors onto the garden. It has gas central heating & double glazing throughout. A bathroom and separate shower room. The kitchen is quite long with plenty of storage. There is also an attached garage. House is situated in Great Southsea St and is in a very nice and quiet residential area.
Its 240 pounds per month plus bills. Deposit is 145 pounds.
