Pain and insanity
It is day 8 of not smoking. This is very strange since in the past 16 years that I have smoked I never went more than a few hours without a cigarette. I hate the fact that I can't drink too because of the medicine I'm on to stop smoking, but I don't really want to have a seizure. Enough of that......my arms hurt from getting my immunizations up to date. Atleast the rest of me doesn't hurt anymore from working out at the gym, which I need to go back and do since I haven't been since Friday.
