Looking for a music video with a man laying on the sidewalk.?

I recall that several people keep asking him what was wrong, and he wouldn't tell. As the crowd's size and insistences grow, he warns them against the answer, and eventually tells them.

Then they are all overcome with the existential paralysis or depression, and are all on the sidewalk from the weight of the original man's secret problem.
