Dreamcatcher

Sort of copying Madeline's 30 days of horror movies I haven't seen initiative.

This is also sort of a continuation of a conversation David and I had last night.

"DreamCatcher": the film, was a decent attempt at adapting one of King's more outre and abstract stories. It managed to capture his particular style highlighting the quirks of man fairly well. The climax fell short, but wasn't as laughably horrendous as I was led to believe. King admitted himself years ago that a monster's big reveal at the end of the horror story will always disappoint because we'll always imagine something grander and more horrific than can be conveyed in words or pictures. However, Dreamcatcher will always be the Prince John to It's Richard the Lionhearted.
