Weirdness......
So, I did the Google image search thing with my name, and I was kinda disappointed (go to Google, enter your first name, and look under images)...I got a bunch of headstones from graveyards, some violinists (which is weird, because I play the violin), and then some totally weird looking, keep to themselves, geeks. You know, the people you might say high to walking down the hall in HIgh School/College but never really get to know them (that was me in elementart/college...I was home schooledin HS) kinda looking people. My name is a stereotype, and I'm a cliche that I didn't even know about...all because of my name? How weird...even the movie stars named Amanda....Amanda Tapping....a geek...the chick from TV version Stargate SG-1, Amanda Peet....hot, but still geeky, and Amanda Bynes (you know, the girl that's on Nickelodeon...hillary duff's friend)...I don't even think I need to say how geeky and weird she can be.
What's up with that? I do admit that I did a geeky thing...I got a tattoo from my favorite video game (Bloodrayne), but does it mean that I'm destined to be a revolting geek (and I'm referring to the entry above...you know, the UNCOOL geeks) for the rest of my life? Maybe I should change my name or something...but I don't think it'll help. I guess that people who are born to be uncool geeks are just named, "Amanda".
