Ok, so I now have... just under 16 hours to learn over 40 pages (240 slides) of chemistry work AND a few hours after that I have to hand in three lab proformas that I haven't yet done.
The lab proformas I think or more worrying to me at the moment. I'm still waiting for the results off Andy who's trying to get them for me as I wasn't in the lab classes but if that plan doesn't work it will mean I'll have to implement plan B - something I do not want to do unless I have no other choice. I will give Andy until after the exam tomorrow (I think he's sitting it too so maybe I'll see him there) but then plan B will have to be tested. :/
In other, happier news, plans for my birthday are coming along nicely. It's in 8 days, April 29th, and so far mostly good. Yesterday I was on the old mobile telephone to one Culvers and he informed me he would indeed be here for my birthday and he's even bringing a guest - his girlfriend whom he said he wouldn't introduce me to because I'm too embarrasing. This was quite a turn out for the books. She will be staying in my bed (what is it with women and HAVING to stay in a bed when they go anywhere) so I will be on the floor with Tom, possibly Culvers unless he's in bed with Vikki (but no secks Culvers) and maybe Sim as I was also talking to him one night and he said he may come down but I'm to remind him when he was sober because at the time he was drunk, bless.
However this good news is not all good. My mother informed me that my brother, famous for the Fudgee Report and other geeky things, will not be able to join us. I know he's got a lot of important work to be doing so I can understand and I'll show you the pictures next time I see you Matt.
Also on the subject of my birthday Amy is planning a surprise party... With me. Yes, together we are organising my surprise party... Don't ask, I don't fully understand it myself.
After tomorrow I should be able to have a few days of fun, a few days of work and then a few more days of mucho fun before I start the tough struggle leading to the exams.
Saturday will see the return of Harri & Gem to university, something I much look forward. I've missed hearing Harri saying "Hey Paul" everytime she walks past my room and I've just missed Gem... In general. Someone who likes to act like a party animal but is really still more sensible and thoughtful than most. Someone a lot like me.
Sunday night will see the return of one Jennifer Gilly, the person I've probably missed the most all Easter. My best friend here at Uni and also an accqaintance of the Queen - she's meeting her at the weekend too. She plays in a marching band so gets to do that kind of stuff. Jen, although not always around physically, is always there. I just know she is. She's a friend who I don't spend much time with but the time we do spend together is special in way as we don't have that much of it.
So come Sunday night everyone will be back and I can have a few days off to catch up. Until then... Balls.
