Starting Friday, May 22, Disney is launching a nationwide Train Tour themed to our spectacular new holiday movie-Disney’s A Christmas Carol-which will be released in 3D theatres November 6.
From May 22-25 at Union Station in Los Angeles, guests can be the first to experience four custom designed train cars full of behind-the-scenes attractions, entertaining demonstrations and fun activities.
And, be the first to see exclusive 3D clips from the movie and behind the scenes footage in a state-of-the-art Disney Digital 3D™ Theatre being constructed just for the Train Tour. And it’s all totally FREE!
The tour will make 40 stops across the country spanning over 36 states and it all begins here in Los Angeles!
We know you are going to have a great time. Please feel free to share the information about all of our stops with your friends and family across the country. As they say, the more the merrier!
Disney’s A Christmas Carol is a multi-sensory thrill ride re-envisioned by Academy Award®-winning filmmaker Robert Zemeckis. It captures the fantastical essence of the classic Dickens tale in a groundbreaking, performance-capture 3D motion picture event.
Ebeneezer Scrooge (Jim Carrey) begins the holiday with his usual miserly contempt, barking at his faithful clerk (Gary Oldman) and his cheery nephew (Colin Firth).
Through the magic of performance-capture technology, Jim Carrey tackles
seven roles, including Scrooge and all of the Christmas spirits.
We hope to see you joining in the fun as Christmas comes early this year to Union Station with carolers and fun activities for the entire family! It all begins at 9:00 am on May 22. No reservations are necessary to experience the tour.
The tour will be open on May 22-24 from 9:00am-9:00pm and May 25 from
10:00am-6:00pm. Please visit www.ChristmasCarolTrainTour.com for more information.
We value you as a guest of the El Capitan Theatre and we’re happy to be able to let you know about this special Disney experience in Los Angeles for a limited time.
