I'll probably be wrong as well but I'm guessing Yunho will be framed for this since he got the drink for Jae... although it could be anyone...am I close T_T (if not point in the write direction!!!)

You're right about Yunho getting blamed for it but he is innocent.

I know he's innocent...but that wont stop him from being framed =(.
